- If you need your florals in less than 25 days, please contact us - it may be possible to expedite your order
- Our website collections are eligible for 7 day change of mind returns
- Only small changes are possible for our standard designs. Please allow 30 days for crafting & delivery due to extra crafting time required. Changed items are classified as custom and are not eligible for return
- We deliver worldwide: Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada, Europe +more! If it lets you checkout, it means we can deliver to your address.

Many of our brides order as early as 1.5 years ahead if they are certain on the style

We aim to put your order together in 3-10 days (depending on the size of your order). Depending on your delivery location, shipping can take 7-15 days, from day of dispatch
Therefore, please allow a total of 10-25 days for delivery to you
