• Due to being handmade, larger orders usually take longer to craft
• Due to handmade nature of our work, there may be small variation in the florals, but the overall look will be preserved
• If you need your florals in less than 25 days, please contact us - it may be possible to expedite your order
• Our website collections are eligible for 7 day change of mind returns
• Only small changes are possible for our standard designs. Please allow 30 days for crafting & delivery due to extra crafting time required. Changed items are classified as custom and are not eligible for return
• We deliver worldwide: Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada, Europe +more! If it lets you checkout, it means we can deliver to your address.
